Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the contract for your job. The work itself is governed by the written estimate and agreement you sign with Crystalline Dynamics, Inc, and if the two ever disagree, that signed agreement wins.
Requesting an estimate
Sending the form is a request, not a booking and not a contract. Nothing is scheduled until we have spoken with you and you have a written estimate in hand. The estimate is free and it does not obligate you to anything.
Pricing
Any price given before we have seen the property is an approximation, which is why we do not quote over the phone. The number in your written estimate is the number for that scope of work. If the scope changes, we tell you before we do the extra work, not after.
Warranties
Warranty periods are stated in the document we hand you with the completed job. The specific conditions, what is covered and what voids coverage, live in that document. Do not rely on a summary you read on a web page, including this one.
Permits and code
Permit requirements vary by county and by homeowners association. What we handle and what stays with you is stated on your estimate before work begins.
What's on this site
We keep this site accurate and correct it when something changes. Photographs of completed work are of jobs we did. Illustrative images used to explain a service are not presented as our own work. If you spot something wrong here, tell us and we will fix it.
Third-party financing
Financing is provided by independent lenders. We do not lend money, we do not set rates and we do not approve applications. Your agreement is with the lender and its terms are theirs, not ours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
