If a contractor won't put the terms in writing, that's your answer
People in Central Florida have been burned enough that "no interest, no payments" now reads as a warning instead of an offer. Fair enough. So before you sign anything, with us or with anyone else, make them tell you three things in writing:
- The rate, and whether it is fixed or promotional
- The term, and what the payment is after any promo period ends
- What happens if the balance is not paid off before that promo period ends
That third one is where deferred interest bites, and it is the one nobody volunteers.

Do I have to finance to work with you?
No. Plenty of jobs get paid outright. Financing is there if spreading it out is what makes it possible.
Does applying affect my credit?
That depends on the lender and on whether it is a soft check to prequalify or a full application. Ask before you apply, and if the answer is vague, that tells you something.
Who actually lends the money?
A third-party lender, not us. We do not hold the paper, we do not set the rate, and we do not get to change your terms.
What does it cost to find out?
Nothing. The estimate is free and comes first. You never have to apply for anything to get a number from us.
