Sound familiar?

Why people call us about drinking water

Almost nobody calls asking for reverse osmosis. They call because of one of these.

The weekly trip to the water store

Refilling jugs, or hauling cases from the store and stacking them in the garage. It never ends, and somebody always has to carry them in.

The tap tastes like a swimming pool

Chlorine taste that comes and goes, so nobody in the house will drink from the sink and everyone reaches for a bottle instead.

You are paying for water twice

A water bill every month, plus cases of bottled water on top of it, plus the plastic piling up by the door.

Twenty minutes at your sink. You keep the results either way.

Straight answer

Is alkaline water better for your health?

We are not going to tell you it is.

Plenty of companies sell alkaline water with health promises. The research does not back them up, and major medical sources say so plainly. If someone tells you this water will change your health, be careful with the rest of what they tell you.

What a reverse osmosis system actually does is take out what makes your water taste and smell bad, and then remineralize it so it does not come out flat. The result is water that tastes better than what you are buying in cases, on tap, for a fraction of what you spend on bottles over a year.

That is the honest reason to buy it: taste and never carrying water again.

If that is worth it to you, we will install it. If it is not, we will tell you that too.

How we do it

What happens when you call

From the first message to the last check. No surprises, no upsells.

Homeowner sending a request from their phone 1

You tell us what's wrong

The water smells. The fence went down. Rain comes through the lanai screen. Whatever it is, in your own words — you don't need to know what to call it.

We come out and check it

If it's water, we test it at your sink and you keep the numbers. If it's outside, we measure. Either way you get the price in writing, on the spot.

Our work, done right

What's included in our service

The unit lives inside the cabinet under your sink and ties into the cold line, out of the way. What you see on the counter is a slim faucet beside your regular one. Reverse osmosis strips minerals out along with everything else, so a remineralization stage puts them back and the water does not come out flat.

And this is only one of five things we do. Whole home filtration, fence, gutters and screen enclosures are the same crew, so whatever else the house is missing gets handled by the same people who already know your address.

We moved into our house in Davenport in March and the water smelled awful in the shower. Their team came out the same week, tested it right at the kitchen sink and showed us the numbers before anyone mentioned equipment. The system went in two days later and the smell is gone. Every message got answered within minutes.

Called about gutters because the rain was digging a trench along the side of the house. They came out, measured, and told me I only needed them on two sides instead of the whole house. That kind of honesty is rare. Job took one day and the yard has stayed dry through two storms since.

They put up our vinyl privacy fence and walked the property line with us first, which our neighbor appreciated as much as we did. They marked the irrigation before digging and did not hit a single line. Price was what the estimate said, no surprises at the end.

I thought I needed a whole new pool cage. They looked at the frame, told me it was solid and that I only needed a rescreen, which cost a fraction of what I was expecting. Could have sold me the big job and did not. We are having them do the gutters next month.

Our screen enclosure had a tear on one panel and I had been putting it off for over a year because I assumed it meant replacing the whole cage. They rescreened just that section and hung the door so it actually latches now. In and out the same day and the price was under half of what the first company quoted me.

I had already bought a softener from a big box store and the sulfur smell never went away. Their technician explained why in about two minutes, tested the water and showed me it was a separate problem. Nobody tried to sell me a second softener. Installed the right unit and the smell finally stopped.

New construction in Haines City, no gutters at all. After the first summer we had a channel dug into the mulch on two sides. They came out, measured the roofline and put the downspouts where they would not dump onto the walkway. Whole thing was done in a day and the beds have stayed put.

Got three quotes for a vinyl fence. Two of them wanted a deposit before they had even seen the yard. Crystalline came out first, walked it with me, and the number on the estimate is exactly what I paid at the end. No games.

We were buying cases of bottled water every single week for four people. They put the reverse osmosis under the kitchen sink and the water tastes better than what we were paying for. My husband was the skeptic and he is the one who drinks it the most now.

Called on a Sunday evening not expecting anything. Got an answer in about three minutes. That alone put them ahead of the other two companies I had left voicemails with on Friday.

The white spots on our shower glass were driving me crazy and I thought it was the cleaner I was using. They tested the water and showed me the hardness number. Installed the system and I have not had to scrub the glass since. Wish I had called a year ago.

Had them do the fence first and then the gutters two months later because they pointed out the trench along the house while they were setting posts. Did not push it on me, just mentioned it. Same crew both times, which made scheduling easy.

Reverse osmosis drinking water faucet at a Florida kitchen sink

How to decide

Drinking water or whole house? Start here

A reverse osmosis unit treats one faucet, usually the kitchen sink. If the reason you are here is the taste or the cases of bottled water, that solves it. If it is also the smell in the shower, the spots on the glass or dry skin after a bath, that is a whole home problem and needs different equipment. The free test tells us which.

Straight talk on price

What does it cost?

You get the number in writing before anything starts and it does not move afterward. Filter changes once the system is in are $200, and we tell you when they are due instead of leaving you guessing. If you already own a unit and need it installed or moved to a new house, that is $450. Financing is available.

Plans & financing

Two ways to avoid the surprise bill

Every install already comes with warranties and a year of service you do not pay extra for. And when the number is bigger than the month allows, financing spreads it out.

Worth knowing

Drinking water and house water are two different jobs

A reverse osmosis unit treats the water at one faucet. It does nothing for the shower, the laundry or the dishwasher.

So if the reason you are here is the taste, this solves it. If the reason is also the smell in the shower, the white spots on the glass or skin that feels dry after a bath, that is a whole home problem and needs a different piece of equipment.

The free test tells us which one you have. Plenty of houses need both, plenty need one.

Good to know

Drinking water questions, answered

The things Central Florida homeowners ask us most about reverse osmosis and filters.

Will this make my whole house water better?

No. A reverse osmosis unit treats one faucet, usually the kitchen sink. The shower, the laundry and the dishwasher are a separate job and need whole home equipment.

Does alkaline water have health benefits?

We do not claim that it does, and the research does not support it. We install these because the water tastes better than bottled and because you stop buying and carrying cases. If a company promises you health results from water, take the rest of what they say carefully.

How often do the filters get changed?

It depends on your water and how much you use, which is part of what the test tells us. When it is time, a change is $200.

Does it take up my whole cabinet?

No. The unit mounts inside the cabinet under the sink and leaves most of the space usable. What you see on the counter is a slim extra faucet.

What if I already own a system?

We install it for $450, including if you are moving it from another house.

Is this the same as a filter pitcher?

No. A pitcher runs water through carbon and you refill it by hand. Reverse osmosis pushes water through a membrane that takes out far more, it lives under the sink, and it is on tap. The tradeoff is that it is plumbed in, so it is an install and not a purchase you carry home.

Does reverse osmosis waste water?

It does send some water down the drain while it filters, which is how the membrane stays clean. Newer systems waste less than older ones. If that matters to you, ask us and we will tell you what the one we install actually does.

How much room does it take under the sink?

The housings and the small tank sit against the back or the side wall of the cabinet. Most people keep using the space for cleaning supplies. We will look at your cabinet on the visit rather than guess.

Can I run it to the refrigerator?

Often yes, if the fridge line is reachable from where the unit goes. Ask us when we are there and we will tell you straight whether your layout allows it.

What if I rent?

Talk to your landlord first, because this ties into the plumbing. If they are fine with it, we can install it, and it can come out again when you leave.
